You install a bidet attachment, find a water-pressure setting that feels comfortable, and use it several times without thinking much about it.
Then one day, something feels different.
The spray seems slightly stronger.
Or it lands farther forward than usual.

So you check the control knob.
Same setting.
The household water pressure hasn't changed.
The nozzle hasn't moved.
The bidet itself appears exactly the same.
